Who we are

MPE is a program for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, whether you’re an athlete or not. We use movement, especially running, as a lens to explore resilience, identity, fear, confidence, and the inner world that often gets ignored. Performance in life begins with emotion. Thoughts matter, but emotions run the show, and when you learn how to work with them, everything else gets easier.
