MPE is a project attempting to bridge two things that rarely meet: the raw emotion of sport and the clarity that comes from understanding it. We’re interested in how fear shows up, how pressure shapes us, and how curiosity and wonder can change the way we move through both running and life. MPE isn’t a class or course you take; instead, we guide to make the mental side of performance feel understandable, practical, and human. MPE is about learning, experimenting, and seeing yourself a little more clearly through movement.

Each workshop mixes discussion, short lessons, and practical tools for handling pressure, fear, emotion, identity, and several other factors. They’re relaxed, conversational, and built around helping you understand how your inner world shows up in sport and in life.

That’s the point. These workshops are built for beginners just as much as experienced athletes. All you need is curiosity and an open mind. The goal isn’t to win, it isn’t to understand it all, or even be good. The goal is to explore.
